Crack Injection As concrete cures, it shrinks and small cracks can develop as a result. They can also develop due to slight movement in the foundation. Our repairs eliminate water infiltration through these cracks.
Epoxy Crack Injection Service since 1977 Crack injection is a process by which resin or grout (epoxy or polyurethane) is injected into a crack or void under high or low pressure. Polyurethane is flexible and is used to stop water leaks, while epoxy is a glue used to bond sections of a wall back together as a structural repair. Epoxy injection is similar to chemical welding cracks of poured concrete. Epoxy injection performed by our company can fill the entire crack or void. A surface seal is applied over the cracks which converts a crack into a tunnel. Our machinery can fill the tunnel completely. Epoxy injection resin is up to three times stronger than regular concrete. Don't be misled by other injection methods. Epoxy pressure grouting cracks with caulk or grease guns, through injection or grease zerks, is inferior to our methods and machinery.
